A wee bit about me

My name is Scott Docherty.  I've run this little site about Glasgow since 2004.  At the moment it has around 50,000 page views every month.  My pocket guide to Glasgow, Wee Glesca, became the number one best-selling Glasgow travel guide on Amazon, and continues to help loads of folks, visitors and locals alike, around my home town.

So there's just a few facts for you.  I'm really not that interesting though, and suspect that you'll be way more interested in finding out a bit more about Glasgow than about the total numptie who's written about it.

My site was built with Site Build It!, which is a pretty outstanding system that helped me go from someone who had a passion about something but no technical savvy to do anything about that online, to someone who has a decent looking website that not only attracts people other than just my poor family but also makes a little money on the side for me.
